My prices are given all taxes and expedition costs included by colissimo with insurance for the paintings and by registered letter with insurance for the watercolours from Honfleur. My prices are indicated without frame for the paintings and cardboard included for watercolours and acrylic paintings on paper. If you prefer to buy a painting with a frame, thank you to contact me  so that I can propose a frame adapted to your painting.

You can pay me with Paypal (protected system of payment) : the painting is automatically and immediately withdrawn from the catalogue, or by cheque (only for France) : the painting will be withdrawn from the catalogue after your confirmation by e.mail of the purchase. The painting will be given on sale if I did not receive the cheque within 6 business days (except in case of major force : problem with the post office for example). Outside France, I only accept Paypal payment.

The painting is sent in a safe packaging, with an invoice and a certificate of authenticity, 2 business days maximum after the reception of your payment. In the event of impossibility to deliver within this time, you will be informed before, as well as I will communicate the number of your parcel sending to you so that you can eventually follow his routing.

I am not responsible for the possible delays of the post office and thus can't guarantee a delivery period. In the event of loss of the parcel or deterioration of the painting (with a report and proof of the post office), I commit myselves finding the best adapted solution together (replacement of the painting by another equivalent one or compensation after the insurance of the post office compensated me).

The purchaser recognizes that all the works proposed for the sale are protected by the royalty as regulated by the French law. The acquisition of a work does not carry transfer of the property rights. The purchaser must maintain the integrity of the work. He cannot exploit the work nor reproduce it without the written prior agreement of the artist.
